Export Terms & Commercial Conditions

All international green coffee and agricultural commodity quotations, sample agreements, and sales contracts executed by Liban Bean Limited are governed by standard International Coffee Organization (ICO) and European Coffee Federation (ECF) contract models.

1. Incoterms & Shipping Ports

Standard contracts are quoted on FOB (Free On Board) Port of Mombasa (Kenya) or Port of Djibouti, or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) to buyer-specified destination ports.

2. Pre-Shipment Sample Approval (PSS)

Contract performance is typically subject to buyer approval of an official pre-shipment sample (PSS) dispatched via air courier. Container lots dispatched match the physical specifications, moisture percentage, and cupping attributes of the approved PSS.

3. Phytosanitary & Regulatory Compliance

Every export container is accompanied by official phytosanitary certificates issued by the competent national agricultural authority, Certificate of Origin, and third-party weighing/inspection documentation.
